Our Letter Evaluation system provides the ability to score past letters sent out to both customers and clients against pre-made forms and criteria. Once completed, they can then be used to help improve letters and the content inside them in the future

When combined with our Letter Feedback tool, any letters in need of attention are automatically highlighted based on scores given by customers and clients.

Create your own questions, or copy pre-made templates, to mark future letters communications against.

Anyone can be asked to evaluate a communication - managers, supervisors, colleagues, or even the individual who wrote the letter.

By involving everyone in the process, it encourages an open, unique learning and development experience.

Whenever a letter is in need of evaluation, simply click and the evaluation form will appear, and tell you exactly which one needs evaluating.

Users who have the correct permissions can then also assign it for others to look at.

Progress for individuals, teams, and departments is stored in the Report Hub, which displays easy to read, printer friendly analysis and graphs.

Perfect For Training

Any letter can be sent for training, making it easy for both new and old staff to read some of the best, and worst, examples that have been sent out.

You can then compare and discuss the scores given to help get everyone on the same page in regard to the standards expected by the business as a whole.

For example, staff from different areas of the business could be asked to evaluate a letter sent out by an employee. Having it read over with fresh eyes can help get a fairer opinion on what is done well in the letter, as well as what can be improved - from spelling mistakes to formatting, and tone of voice - it can all be evaluated.
