Where do I fill out by DBS Application?

Your DBS application can be filled out on www.employment.tools, or by clicking here. You must log into your account to access the form with the details sent to you via email. If you have not received an email with your login details, talk to the organisation that asked you to complete a DBS check.

Please do not enter any personal information in the contact form below.

For any queries regarding your DBS application, include your UID number when using the contact form below or ringing. This can be found by logging into your account.
