We’re looking for a Technical Support Dynamo to join our team!
No, we’re not looking for a magician – it’s just the best way we could describe this exciting and varied role. We’re a software development company based in Pudsey, and we’re on the lookout for someone who loves solving problems, helping people, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
You’ll be joining a small but important part of the company, where there’s huge potential to develop and grow the role. This isn’t a position with a fixed ceiling. So, what will you be doing?
Technical Support:
You’ll help configure our devices, guide customers through issues, and make sure they feel like they’re getting the most from our services. You’ll also be the friendly face (or voice) they remember, building great relationships and making their day a little easier.
Spotting Opportunities:
This isn’t a sales role – but sometimes you’ll see a chance where our services could really help a current or potential client. When that happens, you’ll confidently explain what we offer and why it could be a great fit.
Anything Else We Need To Do Together:
We’re a small, close-knit team, so we all pitch in to keep things running smoothly. That might mean tweaking scripts, testing new ideas, or helping out on other projects that keep the business moving forward.
Do you need a technical background?
Not at all, but it would definitely help! If you’ve worked in technical support before, or have a Computer/IT-related degree, that’s brilliant – you’ll have a head start. But if you haven’t, don’t worry. What matters most is your willingness to learn, having technical curiosity, your problem-solving skills, and your enthusiasm to get stuck in. We’ll give you the training you need, and you’ll pick up the rest along the way.

Salary & Bonuses
